Patriot Holdings is a real estate private equity group that owns and operates dozens of self-storage facilities and mobile home parks across the United States. We are growing quickly and strengthening our Acquisitions team. High-performing team members will earn upside in our transactions. This position is full time, in-person. Remote workers will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of real estate Customer Relationship Management, acquisition, analysis, and investment
• 4-5 hours daily of direct sales calls to prospects looking to sell their properties
• In-person availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Key Attributes/Skills:

• Experience with outbound cold calling at a high level of daily dials
• Exceptional communication skills on the phone, in-person, and through digital channels
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent eye for detail
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams/SharePoint and Excel
• Experience in using a Customer Relationship Management platform, like [please apply online]

Compensation:

• $15-$18 per hour
• Earn 0.25% – 0.50% of Gross Transaction Value on acquisitions you bring in and close ($2,000 - $50,000 per transaction)
