Altman Management Company, a regional property management company throughout PA, NJ and DE, is seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented Community Manager with supervisory level management experience for our apartment community in the Bala Cynwyd area. We are looking for strong leadership to bring enthusiastic customer service skills to market 200+ apartments, maintain community relationships, schedule regular resident appreciation events, interface with ownership and understand the competition, handle resident relations, manage the property budget in a profitable position, and oversee the maintenance team all while creating a welcoming community for our residents. Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
