Now Hiring - Customer Service Representative/Insurance Agent in Grand Rapids, MI

The Plouff Family AAA Agency, in SE Grand Rapids, is adding a Customer Service Specialist to our small team! We are looking to hire someone to be the first point of contact for our customers. It is important that you are personable and have a positive attitude!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer all inbound calls with a focus on first contact resolution
• Help our customers with payments, amendments and general inquiry's
• Contact customers with policy issues and overdue bills
• Assist the team with getting customer documents signed and uploaded
• Just being a positive and helpful presence in the office
