What does our Inside Sales Specialists do?
Our Inside Sales Specialist, will work onsite at our Henderson Call Center and will play a key role in developing relationships with prospective customers. You will partner with prospective customers to determine their needs and identifying the products and services that best meet those needs. You will also:
- Prospect and develop new business through inbound (and some outbound) calling, following up on assigned leads, closing sales and achieving sales targets
- Achieve sales performance objectives through prospecting new business and qualifying assigned leads
- Develop a daily schedule of productive activity from creative sources and qualified leads
- Follows up with past/inactive customers to rebuild the relationship.
- Communicating with potential customers to understand customers’ needs and explain products and services
- Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs
- Building and maintaining ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities
- Make sales presentations to customers demonstrating products and services to existing and prospective customers; Answering questions, explaining the process, and setting expectations
- Upselling products and services to existing or prospective customers.
- Manage and respond to Online Sales prompted through website
- Maintaining professional appearance and demeanor at all times while representing the company.
What do you need to be successful?
- High school diploma or GED
- 6-12 months of Customer Service/Inside Sales Experience
- Inside Sales Experience preferred, but not required
- Experience in the Pest Control Industry preferred
- You are highly motivated, have a strong work ethic and enjoy the selling process
- You are able to build rapport easily and establish trust, leading to lasting customer relationships
- You have strong communications skills – impersonal, written, presenting
