Our Business Development Managers are responsible for promoting and selling our services through identifying new leads and generating new business opportunities.

Successful Candidates:

• Have experience in Sales - outside, face-to-face, business to business with a proven track record of closing deals
• Are able to prospect new leads
• Are comfortable cold calling both in the office and out in the field
• Travel daily throughout Kansas City and surrounding areas
• Are motivated with a DRIVE FOR SUCCESS!
• Are open to new ideas and able to think out of the box

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation (expense reimbursement provided)
• Smart Phone (Stipend provided)
• Computer skills
• Able to work 45 hours per week, including field and office work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Able to work independently in support of a team
• Transportation industry experience is a plus but not required
