Job description
We are One of the fastest growing companies in the cabinet wholesale industry looking to fill an opening for an organized and experienced Outside Sales Representative to initiate contact with clients and create tailored-fit proposals that will meet customer’s needs. The Outside Sales Representative's responsibilities include covering the state of Texas, to directly meet with potential and current clients to discuss their requirements, provide product and service demonstrations, negotiate sales contracts, and inform them of new product and service releases and updates.

Responsibilities
- On-Site consultations for our customers.
- Work with VP of Sales to set a sales goal: Work to meet this goal through client retention
- Running issued leads where and when they are set.
- Communication skills are essential to connect with our existing customers and meet new prospects
- Attend weekly sales meetings and trainings
- Covering your territory to directly meet with potential and current clients to discuss their requirements, provide product and customer service.
- Identify and prospect potential customers
- Arrange meetings with potential clients and identify new business opportunities
- Closing deals for the company and maintain relationship with customers
Qualifications
- Must have knowledge of all working areas of a kitchen and bath projects
- Insight into cabinetry and door manufacturing and installation
- Strong organizational skills and is highly self-motivated
- Strong organization skills and the ability to complete work thoroughly within a given appointment time
- Outgoing driven personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience within the dealer environment selling cabinetry
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 5 years of experience in sales and account management
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent time management and punctuality; ability to meet regular deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Proficient in Microsoft, Windows, and CRM programs
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate channels
- Ability to operate standard professional office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines
- Familiarity of Company products
- Comprehension of cabinetry and door sales process and language
- High energy in demonstrating passion for the customer
- Ability to spend long hours using a computer and telephone
- Long periods of sitting in vehicles and/or on airplanes
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Travel Required
