JGM Financial Agency is already one of top performing agencies in NJ and often top 5% in the entire country out of over 10,000 agencies. We want to grow more! This position provides an opportunity to become a high producing P&C insurance sales agent with uncapped earning potential. We provide Auto, Home, Business and Life insurance products to help protect our clients and their families. The ideal candidate will possess the following traits.

- Must be a CLOSER, sales is not easy and you must be willing to persist with constant follow up and have potentially difficult conversations to get the business
- Must be a networker, create sales through personal contacts and create strategic partners for working together for referrals. The goal is to develop a reputation as their go to insurance person

Our number one goal has always been to take care of those on our team, and this is followed closely by making sure our clients have an EXTRAORDINARY experience during every interaction with our team. This experience starts with our agents who help welcome new clients to our agency family.
With salary and commission, our agents earn around $60,000-80,000 in their first year on average. However, our top Agents earn $100,000+
NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Develop referral partners for continuous business flow by meeting with strategic partners in other businesses such as lending, real estate, car sales etc.
- Maintain high volume of outbound prospecting, 100+ dials/day
- Practice consultative selling, must learn what the customer needs and use needs based selling
- Diligent and organized lead management and follow up
- Ongoing training, we are constantly learning and evolving our sales process to deliver the best results
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Requirements
- Property and Casualty license required. License can be obtained after a position is offered, no insurance experience required.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
