Looking for someone specific – Insurance experience with current Property and Casualty Licenses.

$500 signing bonus after 90 days with current Property and Casualty License

Starting pay $17-19/hr PLUS commission, bonus and benefits

Average annual Compensation Range - $50,000 - $100,000

This is a position for 40 hours/week in an established office in Ewa Beach.

Possibility of a 4-day work week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet personal insurance sales goals.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes insurance sales presentations, and close sales.
• Ask each customer for referrals.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from the agency, referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases

PURPOSE:

Works directly with the Agency team to achieve the goals of the Agency. Advisers are also responsible for assisting in management of specific processes, insuring accomplishment of all goals and expectations as well as servicing existing clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior P&C Insurance experience
• Current Property and Casualty License

Pay: $40,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year
