Full description of the position

We are currently seeking a full time Property Manager for an apartment community in Parma Heights, Ohio. We are looking for an experienced property manager with at least 3 years industry experience, but we would prefer 5 or more. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of daily on-site operations at your residential community. Your duties will be a combination of office and hands-on work around the property itself. You must be a resourceful problem solver who is able to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. You must also be highly detail oriented, with strong multitasking and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are a must. You must have a minimum of at least 3 years of property management experience, be proficient in Microsoft word and excel and able to use digital technology. Knowledge of Yardi is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Property management: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
