The Lodge at Pine Creek by Abby Senior Living, the premier senior living community in Baytown, is seeking an enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for marketing the community; implementing a comprehensive sales and marketing plan that will include the building of positive relationships with referral sources and qualified prospective residents; providing creative solutions to increase the awareness of the community’s services; educating staff as to their role in marketing of the community; attaining excellent resident and community satisfaction though solicitation of feedback; and assisting prospects through their decision-making process.

The ideal candidate must be able to implement a strategic marketing and sales plan and possess strong interpersonal relations skills, capability of relating to prospective residents and their families and ability to close the sale. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
