In this role, you will be interacting with clients over the phone, while being responsible for other administrative duties. You will train in our local office for 2-5 weeks

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with our clients and proactively resolve escalated concerns
• Document and update client records based on interactions in our database
• Administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast paced, results-oriented environment
• Previous knowledge of MS Office & CRM considered an asset
• Previous call center customer service experience required
• High school/GED required
