Leasing Associate

We are a national multifamily property management company looking for an amazing candidate to join #thecompanythatkeepsgoodcompany. Specifically, we are seeking to hire a Leasing Associate to work at our beautiful community in Milford, CT!

The Leasing Associate job is a full-time position. This position is a highly visible and active role, as the Leasing Associate is the initial ambassador to the public, residents, and the community management team. This candidate will be providing exceptional care & attention to detail throughout the leasing process. Duties will include demonstrating and leasing apartments through sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of the local leasing market, the ability to analyze market data, and generate prospects through a variety of marketing initiatives. Leasing Associates work with the Community Manager and fellow community associates to provide a simplistic, hassle-free rental experience for all.

The position offers a base salary plus the opportunity to earn monthly commission. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (or GED), and at least two (2) years of successful direct real estate, retail sales, hospitality, or marketing experience. For all Leasing Office positions, candidates with an active real estate sales license are preferred but not required. The company will subsidize training costs and other fees for eligible employees who wish to pursue this certification. The full-time work schedule will be Monday through Friday, including weekends if/as scheduled. Must have excellent computer skills, and strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities with conflicting priorities. Knowledge of general accounting principles is needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
