V&S Galvanizing is a hot-dip galvanizing service company with eight galvanizing plants strategically located in the United States. Our galvanizing services provide fabricated steel corrosion resistance when immersed in molten zinc at a temperature of roughly 840 ˚F. V&S Galvanizing is a galvanizing service provider that believes in safely doing what we say we will do and continually investing in our people, our equipment and our experience to ensure total customer satisfaction.
We are currently searching for an outstanding individual to fill our Inside Sales position at our Memphis, TN facility.

Essential Job Functions:

• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Track and document sales opportunities and results.
• Collect and maintain project related documents.
• Assist with various marketing efforts.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Keeping up with product, service information, and updates.
• Prepare and send out sales quotes.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
• Act as a liaison between customers and plant production.

Qualifications:

• Inside sales experience.
• Ability to interact with internal resources including sales team, management and executives.
• Clear, professional, and concise verbal and written communication.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt and prioritize work to support our customers.
• Computer skills including the use of Word, Excel and other Windows-based programs
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Compensation:
A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that includes base salary, bonus potential, health, dental, vision, life and disability products and a 401k program with company match.
Salary: $50,000+based on industry experience, plus bonus potential
