Job responsibilities:

* Communicate Email / Text / Phone Call conversations with customers

* Collect Project requirements, data, feedback to engage in sales cycle

* Assist with Accounts Receivable Collections

* Communicate shipping/tracking information to customers

* Pursue sales leads, log communications into CRM Software

* Learn technical sales points about HTS product line to communicate effectively with customers

* Type and Send Estimates, Invoices inside of QuickBooks Online

* Coordinate / Support Outside Sales Reps via Phone

HTS is committed to training. However, top applicants will have Desired Experience:

* Proficient with Word, Excel, Email, Windows 10
* No college degree requirements

Additional experience in these areas is a plus:

* Previous work experience or knowledge of die casting or injection molding
* Ability to read 2D technical drawings
