We are currently seeking a talented candidate to serve as a Sales Associate for our growing family at Massage Heights Ward Parkway that has the potential to move into management.

Principle Duties for a Sales Associate:

• Become part of a team that helps us inspire,educate and promote a balanced lifestyle for every member that walks in through our doors.
• Confidently recommend products and services rendered and recommendations of therapists
• ‪‪Consistently creates a friendly environment for our guests by greeting and assisting: as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needs
• Demonstrates desired behavior including focus on membership sales, customer service, cash management, retail sales, member retention, staff interaction, and follow-up with guests.
• Answers incoming phone calls ensuring complete satisfaction
• Schedules and confirms appointments for our guests and members
• ‪‪Prepare guest records for treatments
• Must be willing to work some weekend hours

Experience required for a Sales Associate:

• Customer service oriented
• Sales experience required
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Must be outgoing, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personal and external customers
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Prior Spa experience such as Massage Envy, Elements Massage, or Hand & Stone a plus

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
