JOB DESCRIPTION

United Recovery Project is a primary substance use disorder treatment facility in Hollywood, Florida. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, EXPERIENCED Admissions Coordinator/Phone Rep to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive incoming phone calls from those seeking treatment or their loved ones.
• Performs basic data entry and computer work.
• Enters all necessary client information into Salesforce.

• EXPERIENCE:

If you have experience in vacation sales, cruise sales, health insurance sales, we're looking for YOU!!!

• Knowledge of substance abuse and recovery process preferred) .
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
• Prior call center/ sales experience required.

EDUCATION:

• Minimum of High School Diploma/GED

Pay Range $45,000 to $100,000 annually
