In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and their ability to purchase. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. We have an in-house Training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Doing a required amount of daily activities including but not limited to calls, emails, and text throughout the day. This involves fresh customers and also following up with customers daily
• Responding quickly and efficiently to incoming phone calls, internet inquiries, emails, and text message with the given scripts, templates, and training provided
• Providing Customers with initial product information and directing them to the appropriate next step.
• Scheduling solid appointments with interested buyers and giving proper directions to the dealership, once they have arrived, passing them onto an available product specialist and being able to explain the customer's needs and wants correctly.
• Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
• Following up with leas that are not quite ready for a vehicle and also following up with no show appointments
• Utilize the CRM (Customer Relations Management) System daily
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Must have strong computer skills
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
