Tittle: Janitorial Assistant Account Manager
Days and Hours: Monday-Friday;3pm-12am (must be available for other on-call duty)
Rate: $19/hour
Location: Clayton, NC
Position Responsibilities: Include any or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor. Job description subject to change.

• Ensures that service delivery is consistent with the Scope of Work and the highest quality of standards within our organization.
• Plans, organizes, coordinates, executes and conducts and/or supervises functions of janitorial operations on all shifts as directed by your manager.
• Ensures that environmental and company policies and procedures are being maintained in accordance with CIMS, Local, State, and Federal requirements.
• Commitment to client satisfaction and quality standards.
• Provide feedback to management as needed on unique client requirements and opportunities to expand client relationships.
• Ability to coach, motive, develop, and lead a team.
• Train on Budd Standards for: cleaning offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other areas.
• Train on Budd Standards for: Replenishing paper and soap products in bathrooms, cleaning mirrors, walls, showers, sinks, metal work and toilets.
• Train on Budd Standards for: Safely emptying wastebaskets, and transporting trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Train on Budd Standards for: Sweeping, moping, vacuuming and/or refinishing floors.
• Operates various types of equipment and machinery, including wet vacuums, vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, automatic scrubbers, floor buffers, propane buffer, and super stripper
• Hands on training experience related to proper restroom cleaning techniques, floor sweeping & mopping, and operation of commercial floor scrubbing equipment (automatic scrubbers, buffing equipment, low speed floor machines)
• Assists in the completion of the workload in the absence of others.
• Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
