Team Member - Insurance Sales Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Team Member Requirements Previous experience in a sales position preferred but not required

• Customer Service experience (required)
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• People-oriented
• Organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Able to learn computer functions
