We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate leasing agent to join property management team. You will keep track of rental property from posting the property to making sure they are ready to move in. You will update owners about and cultivate relationships. This position requires an active NC real estate license, SC real estate license helpful Responsibilities * Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward * Facilitate a flexible schedule to show approved applicants available rental property * Keeping owners up to date each week with information on their property * Assist in keeping up with property conditions and letting the PM team know of issues * Assist the director with comps and help to secure new properties * Responsibility to grow and change with the team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Matthews, NC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• real estate: 1 year (Preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Real Estate License (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
