SUMMARY

The Director Business Development - Americas is responsible for identifying opportunities and customers, preparing a market penetration strategy, developing sales and maintain business relationships to meet Kellstrom Aerospace’s revenue and margin objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESONSIBILITIES

• Collaborating with the CEO to set company’s Business Development strategic vision and marketing strategy
• Maintains and prioritizes relationships with North and South America customer executives to ensure that their needs are being met
• Contract and program negotiations for Surplus Aftermarket
• Intra company collaboration for sales and marketing initiatives
• Leads discussions and presentations to regional customer executives
• Works closely with cross-functional groups within the company to support new business development and customer retention to drive strong monthly/quarterly/annual sales accomplishments
• Work to annual goals and strategies that are aligned with our long-term vision
• Provide progress updates to CEO
• Ability to manage many active accounts while simultaneously uncovering and assisting sales team with closing new sales opportunities
