Position – Customer Service Representative (CSR) Location – Springfield Office

As part of our team, the CSRs overall responsibilities will be to ensure our customers receive timely and quality service, troubleshooting our clients’ needs and assisting in the management of our clients’ insurance policies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Assist new clients by doing intakes of personal information accurately, to ensure quotes are provided timely.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service which includes inquiries about, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Assists the service team in developing leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the overall needs of our clients are being met.
• Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years customer service experience, Insurance industry preferred.
• High School degree required.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
• Strong attention to detail

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
