We are looking to grow our property management team! Looking for either an Administrative Assistant with some experience working in an office setting, or someone with a bit more experience who would be suited for an Assistant Property Manager role. This is a great starting point for someone looking to get into property management, as we are a growing company that loves to promote from within. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys interacting with customers/clients in person, on the phone, and via email.

We are a growing customer service oriented property management and leasing company, handling residential buildings in the Amherst-Northampton area and the surrounding towns. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Customer Service: Greeting and assisting customers in the office, on the phone, and via email.
- Answering tenant questions, maintenance requests, and receiving rent payments.
- Various administrative tasks involving printing, scanning, mailing, filing, and working with computer reports
- Entering and organizing data in our management software (Rent Manager), spreadsheets, and managing and organizing paper files. Google Workspace tools are mainly used, with some use of Word and Excel.
- Visiting properties for inspections and other tasks
- Coordinating with vendors and maintenance technicians
- Communicating with local housing assistance providers
- Assisting property managers with daily tasks
- Planning and preparation for unit turnovers
HOURS:
Full-time schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a half-hour daily lunch break.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or a similar position.
Comfortable on the phone, answering and making calls to tenants, cosigners, vendors, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Close attention to detail and strong organization and task management skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (but not required)
