CertaPro Painters – Commercial Sales Associate
Opportunity

We are pleased to be adding a sales position to help deliver extraordinary experiences to our customers and painters. We are looking for an energetic salesperson with a proven background of selling commercial business to business services. We are looking for an individual who can use their experience to help us build and improve our sales systems to enable us to keep up with our growth while providing an extremely high level of customer service.

Skills/Education Required
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience (10+ years in a sales role within the construction or service industry.)
· 4 years operations sales experience preferred in addition to a degree.
· Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. Must possess the ability to recognize problems and make appropriate decisions to solve them.
· Demonstrate a track record of year over year sales growth, including the ability to set, track and exceed goals.
· Ability to understand the psychology of sales and how to overcome objections whilst exceeding sales goals.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with staff and leadership teams.
· Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment.
· Proficient with a Customer Relationship Software and be able to use it to create and manage a customer database.
· Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)
· Excellent communication skills: oral and written; an active listener.
· Proven track record of sales that demonstrates a history of selling jobs $50,000 in value or higher, and an established book of business.
· Good analytical skills
· Customer Service mindset
· Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, with a clean driving record.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Use a proven sales process to build rapport with painters and customers, develop and maintain a target, and follow up to land work, demonstrating a high closing rate.
· Monitor the financial performance and production of projects to ensure the company meets or exceeds the customer expectation within budget and on time.
· Develop new business to business relationships and develop long lasting client relationships.
· Monitor customer database within Customer Relationship Management Software. Manage tasks and priorities with customers and create a follow up plan within CRM. Must complete all work withing Dynamics 365.
· Generate and estimate new requests for proposals for new and existing customers.
· Estimate projects of varying sizes, with a detailed proposal, explaining the scope of work, and the actions to be completed.
· Facilitate resolution of client warranty and workmanship issues.
· Adhere to and enforce all company policies, standards, and safety guidelines.

Salary will be provided that is commensurate with experience.
