Celerity Staffing Solutions is looking for a recruiter to join our West Bend team!

We are looking for someone with prior experience in hiring and managing a wide and diverse pool of employees- from attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions for client companies utilizing our services for their hiring needs
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job boards, referrals, social media etc.
• Perform account management duties including: maintaining client company relationships, collaborate with client company contacts regarding hiring needs, open positions, and candidate status.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter, Hiring or Managing Staff in a Light Industrial, Retail or Food Service environment.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews over a wide range of platforms: in-person, phone, video, etc.
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, screenings, assessment tools, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
