Chuck Hutton Chevrolet is looking for a Business Development Representative. The perfect fit for this position is someone who is hard-working; goal oriented and is ready for a fast-paced environment. This person would be responsible for contacting customers, answering general questions and scheduling appointments with sales staff.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain outbound calls: manifest list, recalls, OnStar leads, retention customers, first service appointment, etc.
• Schedule appointments with customers.
• Positive attitude
• Answer customer questions promptly with honesty and accuracy.
• Reach out to targeted customers by phone and e-mail to support promotions..
• Send out Status Checks for customers and follow up.
• Maintain/Update customer data base.
• 40 hour work week.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and pass a background check and drug test.
• Previous call center/sales experience recommended
• Customer service skills – excellent interpersonal skills, upbeat personality and strong work ethic.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to adapt to various dealership systems.
• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
• Multi-tasking is essential.
