Reefer/ Semi-Trailer Parts Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Interacting with customers, catering to their specific requirements and addressing their needs
• Strategizing plans and approaches to meet sales targets
• Coordinating work with fellow team members and other co-workers
• Taking customer feedback, suggestions and complaints and then turning them into positive wins for the company
• Assisting in the billing and ensuring the delivery of the sold goods
• Recommending parts or service to customers
• Maintaining relationships with established customers
• Build relationships with potential customers
• Maintaining knowledge of products, services and parts

Reefer/ Semi-Trailer Parts Sales Representative Qualifications / Skills:

• Parts or Technician Experience
• Equipment Maintenance

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Experience in a parts or service advisor role strongly preferred
• Experience or certification from a specific manufacturer or industry is a bonus
