We are seeking individuals with strong experience in healthcare marketing account management to support our growing digital and non-digital business. At almost 200 employees, we continue to expand our capabilities and our client roster!

Available Account Management Positions:

We are currently seeking candidates for:

• Senior Account Manager
• Account Supervisor
• Group Account Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Understand account dynamics and have the ability to mobilize resources to most effectively meet client requirements
• Liaison between the agency and client to establish goals and budget, and ensure the receipt of quality, cost-effective solutions
• Fiscal responsibility for client budget, expense reporting
• Work with Supervisor to develop strategic marketing goals based on brand strategy and direction
• Continue to build knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and share learnings with internal and client brand teams
• Understands high-science products, competitors, market dynamics and changes likely to affect category
• Provide meticulous direction of day-to-day workflow on all agency client business
• Management of the development of professionally-focused tactics across the digital and print space

Required Experience and Education:

• Experience varies by position, 2+ years in healthcare advertising account management is required
• A college degree is a must, and an advanced degree is a plus
• Additional pharmaceutical client side experience in specialty market sales or marketing preferred
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment both with internal team members and external partners
• Ability to comprehend robust data and distill those insights into differentiators for the brand
• Builds rapport well, easily approachable by team and client
• Effective organizational skills, leadership qualities, and strategic thinking
• Detail oriented and the ability to manage a wide variety of projects across a high-volume brand
• Outstanding communication skills: oral, written and interpersonal
