ESSENTIAL PURPOSE:

Relationship Building

• Face to face and phone sales presentations
• Place, Expand and Grow represented brand in customer base within territory
• Review merchandising programs and step selling with customers
• Training / Create sales presentations / Attend Buy Fairs
• Attend dealer events / private sales / develop promotional activities

Account Management

• Maintain damage claims / credits completed within company policies
• Liaison between the company and brands we represent
• Return calls, text, and emails in timely manner. Both internal and external
• Manage open orders reports for timely shipments within company policies

Product & Inventory

• Knowledge of the brands we represent
• Understand inventory levels to sell what we have in stock
• Help forecast product needs with upper management upon request
• Monitor spiff programs and recommend changes where needed to stay competitive

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS:

Quota attainment monthly

Dealer satisfaction by promptly handling dealer issues

Holding effective training meetings

Prospecting and opening new dealers

Submitting required reports in required time

POSITION PURPOSE:

Self-directed / go-getter who is motivated by achieving sales goals as set forward by the company. This sales role is within the home appliance industry representing Climatic Home Products and our manufacturing partners in Central and South Texas territory, to include Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and the Valley area.
