• Administrative Support
• Vendor Management
• Bid review and proposal preparation
• Reports and submittals

Requirements of the Administrative Coordinator /Property Managers’ Assistant :

• Extra education or college degree
• Client centric personality
• Have 2-3 years of work experience
• Seeking a long-term opportunity with a stable regional firm

Compensation of the Administrative Coordinator/Property Managers’ Assistant: Starting up to $56,000.00 DOE
