Wick Companies, L.L.C. is looking for a Leasing Associate for our commercial properties, including office buildings, warehouses, and retail buildings.

3 - 7 years of prior experience is required in marketing and leasing commercial properties. The candidate should have experience as part of a leasing team specializing in landlord/tenant representation, ideally in central New Jersey.

Duties would include: prospecting, developing and implementing marketing plans, showing space to prospective tenants, drafting responses to RFP's, assisting in lease negotiations, and monitors trends for competition in the marketplace. The Leasing Associate will report to the Director of Leasing.

The candidate must be hard working, diligent, outgoing and possess strong writing and oral presentation skills.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE POSITION WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES WHO LIVE WITHIN 40 MINUTES OF WOODBRIDGE, NJ. This is a not a remote position, candidate will work out of our corporate headquarters in Woodbridge, NJ.

Wick Companies is a diversified real estate development, brokerage and property management company. Wick's portfolio consists of office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties in New Jersey. Our tenants consist of everyone from mom-and-pops up to Fortune 100 companies. Wick handles all aspects of the real estate life cycle in-house: acquisitions, financings, approvals, construction/development, brokerage, leasing and property management. Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
