Responsibilities:

● Provide service support to Sr Account Manager

● Work with Distributors and Channel Partners

● Review, process, and record orders and/or inquiries received by mail, telephone, and/or through customer personal contact.

● Interface with customers daily regarding routine requests and/ or issues.

● Ensure all customers and internal departments are served with a responsive and satisfactory communication link.

● Manage Excel reports (Align & Customer) including Open Order Reports.

● Track order activity, and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems and coordinate with internal team to resolve delivery issues.

● Coordinate review of terms and conditions with Quality Manager, Product Manager & Site Leadership as necessary

● Prepare and administer compliance and deliverables matrix for purchase orders.

● Manage and track program compliance to LTA and purchase order requirements including forecast maintenance

● Prepare RMA claims for customer in accordance to Quality procedures

● Responsible for Purchase Order review, order entry, Sales Order creation, oversight and, backlog, aging past due receivables and sales forecasts

● Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

● 2+ years prior experience in Customer Service preferred

● Outstanding communication and relationship building skills (verbal and written)

● Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word and Excel)

● Experience with deliverables, and other customer General Conditions

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

● Min. High School; Bachelor's degree preferred; with 1+ years' experience in Aviation/Aerospace industry or related

● Excellent oral and written skills

● Customer Service Experience

● Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter

● Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management System desirable

● Good working knowledge of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) and experience in Government Contract Review or Related Field is preferred

● Performs a wide range of administrative support duties as required, including but not limited to using word processing and advanced spreadsheet applications on a PC, filing, directing phone and in-person requests for information, preparation of internal correspondence

● Accomplishes specific departmental responsibilities in accordance with published departmental work instructions. Maintains department procedures and work instructions.

● Works with specialized software applications to develop controls and reports for the department, division or company.

● Participates in departmental or cross-functional roles as appropriate.

● Ability to independently prioritize and oversee multiple tasks

● Ability to work both independently and cooperatively within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
