3Amigos Property Management is a growing company in La Crosse County that is looking to add a leasing consultant to their team. The leasing consultant is the first point of contact for all residents, vendors, and visitors to our community. We are looking for someone to work as a team while providing exceptional customer service and a high level of professionalism. You will be responsible for touring and presenting the communities in a compelling way and assist prospective residents with finding the right apartment home, resulting in a high closing ratio.

Additional duties to include answering and greeting all incoming calls, leasing apartments, collecting rental deposits, completing lease agreements and scheduling service requests. Maintaining all resident and vendor files. Ensuring residents satisfaction from move in day and on. Assist management in collections, forms and reporting. Provide superior customer service to our valued residents to ensure they are enjoying their home.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience
• Ability to work alone at times
• Ability to multi-task and organization skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Travel between properties in the area
• Must be available Saturday mornings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
