Full description of the position

We are searching for an innovative sales consultant with a great attitude and eagerness to build our business. You will be an integral part of the sales and estimating team. In this position you will strengthen our customer relationships, estimate road sign construction takeoffs, and follow up on quotes and awarded job purchase orders.

To be successful, you should be able to explain product and service specifications clearly and concisely; you will learn this over time and become the go to person for the customer. As you build your knowledge of the road sign business the customers you build relationships with will become your territory.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with other sales team coworkers and assist with all sales functions.
• Provide product descriptions to customers and take the lead in resolving questions and concerns.
• Work alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase our customer base.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and encouraging strong follow-up to customers.
• Keep up to date on industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or similar experience is desirable.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think on your feet.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong networking abilities.
• Periodic travel will be required.
• Background in construction, building, or heavy materials sales experience is desirable.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
