Summary: F&I Managers are in charge and responsible for getting accurate information from our clients so we can offer the best options possible. Present optional protection to our clients with the client’s needs being met first . Expedite all documents in a timely manner. Accurately prepare and submit all state, federal and dealer documents in a timely manner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.

• Menu presentation via Darwin
• E-contracting via Dealertrack
• Presenting and selling finance, warranty, and insurance products
• Accurate completion of contracts & paperwork
• Maintaining high CSI scores
• Participation in ongoing training, menu selling, and assisting in all operations of the dealership

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment within an automotive dealership. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend, stand or walk as necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary. Monday through Friday, one day off during the week, and every Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years or more of automotive finance experience
• Experience with digital contracting
• Proven track record of success
