Full description of the position

• Manage Operations and of national sales team in conjunction with Sales Director
• Responsible for all administrative documentation and record keeping required to effectively monitor staff training schedules.
• Collaborates with the Manager to ensure training is compliant and effective.
• Assist with monitoring training compliance of all staff and create reports of upcoming training needs to avoid staff not being compliant with required new-hire and re-certifications.
• Participate in ongoing needs assessment processes to identify emerging staff development needs
• Ability to effectively demonstrate in a hands-on manner all techniques and methods used in the various training programs assigned.
• Offer on-going training requirements on a rotational basis as assigned by the Director, Training and Compliance.
• Assure the completion of all required documentation related to training and development including statistical records of all training provided.
• Assure that all training program related supplies, equipment and materials are available in good condition, up to date and replenished as necessary.
• Provides feedback to trainees to ensure all skills / knowledge have been acquired and communicates any skill/knowledge gaps that require additional training
• Maintains accurate training documentation and employee record keeping.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Level degree in related field preferred.
• Must have experience in conducting trainings for entry level and supervisory level staff.
• Experience providing training opportunities in-person and virtually through a Learning Management System or other web-based tool strongly preferred. Experience working with and managing a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred.
• Must have superior presentation and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Medical Sales Training/Operations: 3 years (Preferred)
