Seeking Immediately - Sales Minded Professionals to Join a Well Capitalized and Growing Agency Team

Are you a motivated, self-starting, high energy, fast paced individual who has a passion for success, and loves to help others? We are looking for talented, exceptional individuals who are career minded in Sales and Insurance to be part of a growing Allstate Agency family. As a Sales Professional, you will help grow the Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships with the community. You'll work as a member of a sales team focused on providing insurance and financial products that help customers protect their home, cars, and retirement incomes, and live a good life.

Responsibilities Include :

• Developing insurance quotes, prospecting and generating new business
• Consistent outreach to prospective and current clients
• Client reviews and check ins
• Processing payments, claims, and performing general customer service duties
• Providing top notch professional recommendations and advice

Requirements Include : * Confident Self Starter who works well independently and in a team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication / interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Telemarketing and/or sales experience
• Sales Driven and highly motivated
• LICENSED or MUST BE WILLING to obtain Property & Casualty (P & C) insurance license
• Bi-lingual candidates welcome
• Sales: 1 year

Job Requirements

• Good organizational skills
• A Property & Casualty license
• One year minimum insurance agency experience preferred
• Life/Accident and Health License preferred

Pay: $35,424.29 - $81,009.92 per year
