The Candidate for Leasing Agent

• A reliable team player with a passion for quality and customer service.
• Ability to create and maintain strong, professional relationships with tenants and colleagues.
• A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow with our team.
• Ability to respond quickly to customer inquiries, set appointments, and close the deal.

Core Responsibilities

• Connects directly with prospective residents to present information on properties, greet residents, provide tours of market ready properties, answer questions, process applications and fees in an efficient manner.
• Markets available units by creating a positive and lasting impression with tenants and prospective tenants.
• Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to real estate.
• Maintains a cheerful, outgoing, helpful, and professional manner in person and on the phone.
• Displays high level customer services skills.
• Responds quickly and professionally to all communications regarding leads and inquiries on available units.
• Meets and exceeds monthly leasing targets.
• May be assigned other duties as needed by the team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Bilingual language skills in Spanish is a plus.
• 1 year experience in Sales, Leasing or Property Management.
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office required.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required.
