ESU (Excellent Sources Unlimited) was established in 2010 with a vision to become leader as an international import company specializing in produce. Within just a decade, ESU has emerged as the industry’s leader with importing portfolio from 15+ countries around the globe and distributing exclusive products across the entire United States.

Responsibilities:

● Minimum 5 years prior proven sales record in produce industry a plus.

● Proactively create additional sales with new and existing customers.

● Recommend improvements to existing Sales Manual to accelerate training process and sales territory plans.

● Train Sales Associates with problem solving skills to resolve customer related issues to maintain customer loyalty.

● Provide day-to-day guidance to Sales Associates as needed.

● Identify new customers through networking and territory research initiatives.

● Research market price, competitor's products and product success to recommend product and pricing plans.

● Develop relationships with internal departments and collaborate with other sales team members.

● Develop and rollout innovative sales strategies to improve department sales goals.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, economics or related field is required.

● Ability to travel from time to time.

● Minimum 5 years of experience working in sales is required.

● Must have effective interpersonal skills that demonstrate ability to work and get along with customers, peers, and business partners.

● Knowledge and ability to use systems such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Quickbooks with knowledge in FAMOUS a plus.

● Strong negotiation and sales skills is required.

● Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.

● Excellent verbal and written communication.

● Bilingual candidates a plus (e.g., Fluency in Korean, Chinese or Spanish)

Work Hours: 7:00 am to 4 pm (M-F)

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
