BDC Customer Service Associate

Busy Automotive Service Department looking for a customer service representative to:

Handle heavy incoming calls

Book customer service appointments

Respond to customer email requests

Customer follow up

Appointment confirmation

Must have excellent communication skills

Internal drive to meet goals and objectives

Job Type: Full-time

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
