BDC/Customer Relations Consultants Needed

BDC/Internet Sales Representatives will be responsible for handling all incoming phone calls and internet leads, as well as confirming sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers. BDC Representatives will strive to generate repeat business by reaching out to current customers and ensuring complete satisfaction in ownership, as well as in marketing efforts by accurately obtaining and logging customer sources.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person)
  • Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
  • Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles
  • Maintain open communication with Managers and Sales staff.

Experience : Automotive sales experience preferred . Previous experience in sales, customer service, and/or call center required.

Requirements: · Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills · Professional and articulate phone voice and behavior with great follow-up ability ·

Ability to become proficient on systems used to manage customer appointments--navigating within systems and updating information with a high degree of accuracy while assisting customers on the phone ·

Ability to handle a high volume of calls while providing quality service to each caller · Strong work ethic, self-motivated, results-oriented, team-player ·

Must be able to adjust to periodic schedule changes including some weekends.

Pay: Hourly pay rate plus bonuses for show appointments and sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
