Full description of the position

• Answer phone and represent Discount Ramps in a positive and professional manner.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond promptly and communicate effectively to customer inquiries.
• Acknowledge and resolving customer complaints.
• Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• This requires on your own research as necessary.

• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to customers when necessary.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participate in educational opportunities.
• Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals.
• Identify areas of improvement in the company and report to your manager.
• Arrive to work and meetings on camera, on time, and prepared.
• Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your manager.

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent is required.

• Must have a positive attitude.
• Must have the ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Must be inquisitive with the ability to ask many questions.
• Must be thirsty for knowledge, with the willingness to adopt the motto: Always Be Learning.
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot different scenarios.

• Must have good written communication skills.
• Must be comfortable using computers.
• Must have the ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Prior experience working with customers is a plus.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
