Continuiti is currently working with a client in the Biotech industry located in Brooklyn, NY on a Sales Manager position focused exclusively on Skincare. The salary range for this role is $80K-$100K with 10% commission on all orders. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in selling to physicians.

Job Responsibilities:

· The focus will be on direct selling of products and executing pull through programs/events to customers

· This is accomplished by utilizing and managing key resources and contributing with high performance selling teams to maximize coverage to targeted customers

· Represents the brands and promoted the product portfolio to targeted beauty retailers nationwide

· Open to working in a fast, dynamic, and collaborative work environment.

· Knowledge of skin care industry

· Understands go to market for skin care products

· The ability to procure contacts and to provide an established book of business

· Experience forecasting growth targets on a quarterly & annual basis

· Ability to meet & exceed sales projected quotas

· Reporting activities on a corporate CRM

· Coordinate and manage your direct sales team and optimize productivity utilizing the in-House Customer Care Associate Team

Minimum Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the cosmetic industry

· Sales Record of Success

· Strong relationships with beauty skin care retailers

· Ability to articulate strategy to RM & Sales team

· Exemplifies integrity, flexibility, and adaptability

· Demonstrates the ability to make sound decisions and uses good judgment

· Portrays a positive and productive attitude in working with counterparts toward collaboration supporting the portfolio of business

· Strong communication skills, both verbal & written

· Excellent negotiating technique
