Full description of the position

The property insurance market in Florida is experiencing dramatic changes, and we are looking to fill one full-time position to continue to ensure that we provide the best property options for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell new property insurance policies.
• Provide options for existing property renewals.
• Spearhead relationships with property inspectors.
• Maintain an expertise in underwriting guidelines for multiple insurance companies.
• Explain complex concepts in understandable ways.
• Problem-solve solutions for customer issues.
• Develop customer relationships with consistent positive communication.

Requirements

• One year prior insurance experience in property insurance mandatory.
• Must hold an active 440, 2022, or 220 license.
• Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-thru, and follow-up.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coachable, be intuitive, be proactive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional email and telephone etiquette.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
