JOB SUMMARY
AerCap Materials is seeking an Entry level Sales Associate working directly with an established customer base as well as providing support to the Account Managers on Sales, Purchasing and Brokering.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Provide daily Quoting, Selling, Sourcing and general Sales Support for Materials’ Sales Staff - ensuring customer (internal and external) requirements are met
· Work with Sourcing and Repair team to dictate, create or follow up on Sales Order Repairs and/or purchase orders
· Proactively seek solutions to challenges when alerting Materials’ Sales Account Managers to issues
· Obtain market pricing and repair pricing from Materials’ Approved Suppliers as needed and load to Sourcing data base for full visibility
· Develop and maintain customer and supplier relationships; Ensure speed of quote to execution/process of purchase order
· Identify and understand Customers’ business decision-making process
· Build solid relationships with Customers to generate revenue opportunities
· Periodic customer visit or trade show attendance
· Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and reliability; have a continuous improvement mindset
· Meet sales targets set by management
· Execute strategies in conjunction with internal sales leader to achieve company goals
JOB REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Educational/Experience
· High School Diploma/GED
· Experience working with MS Office, preferably MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
· Experience conducting presentations and facilitating business objectives.
