Hiring Full Time Solar Sales Representatives

$15 an hour

The solar industry is booming and so are we! Our local solar company is currently seeking Solar Sales Representatives with a passionate mindset to ensure that we align our customers with renewable energy that best meets their individual needs, while adding value to their property and lowering their utility bill drastically.

We're looking for candidates interested in building their career, and entering the sales field. When you join the sales world you will have job security for years to come, and the opportunity to make an extremely comfortable salary with no college education required. While working side by side with our trainers, you will start off lead generating while learning how to negotiate and finalize a sale. As you grow and leave training you will do less lead generating, and more sale finalizing.

This is a great opportunity to enter the sales field. No prior experience in sales is necessary as we offer paid training to give you all the tools you need. We want to help you grow and succeed as soon as possible. If you're comfortable talking to people, this is the role for you.

Candidates should have:

• Customer service experience preferred
• A friendly and energetic personality
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Required)
• Eager and willing to learn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An ambitious and self dedicated work ethic to hit goals
• Being comfortable approaching potential customers in a residential setting
• Comfortable conducting in home sales

What will I do on a daily basis?

• Hand out marketing materials in residential settings
• Start off lead generating informing potential customers on the benefits of switching to solar
• Qualify and set appointments
• Conduct in home sales presentations
• Negotiate and finalize sales
• Maintain organization on appointments and referrals
• Attend meetings and training to grow and succeed together as a company
