OUTSIDE SALES MANAGER - Competitive Salary + Commission & Excellent Benefits!

Locations: San Francisco East Bay Area

Watersavers Irrigation is looking for multiple Outside Sales Managers to take that culture to our customers in the San Francisco East Bay and North Bay markets. We are a wholesale supplier of irrigation and landscape supplies with locations across Northern California. OUTSIDE SALES MANAGER - BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The responsibilities will include attracting new customers and strengthening relationships with existing customers
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to grow market share
• Work closely with Branch Personnel to nurture sales leads
• Provide technical support and logistics support to customers
• Maintain up-to-date electronic sales pipeline (Salesforce software)
• Foster a spirit of superior customer service and mutual respect among coworkers
• Reports to the Director of Sales

OUTSIDE SALES MANAGER - MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• 3 years of Outside Sales Experience
• Excellent communication skills with strong follow-through
• Strong sense of urgency with work
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
• Polished interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team or independently
• Organized and effective time management skills
• Ability to plan and prioritize
• Consistent positive attitude
• Strong work and personal ethics
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

The Outside Sales Manager positions are a full-time, salary plus commission job opportunities. Upon hire, you will begin a robust training program to equip you with specific skills and knowledge to be successful in your role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
