We have been engaged by a dominant packaging equipment manufacturer to hire a Director of Sales for their Medical division. Can be located in two areas, either NJ or Kansas City. You would need to be close to a satellite office which you will report there when not traveling. You will lead a team of approximately 5-7 individuals. This region has had year-over-year growth in double digits and this company continues to grow rich, both organically and through acquisitions.

They would like someone with change management experience who can be sensitive to the fact the team lost a tenured leader due to Promotion. Change management experience in any type of Medical Packaging equipment desired.

The focus of this role is strong leadership, helping each of your reports to grow – by helping them succeed, you succeed. A passionate and creative leader who cares deeply about the success of the team and company will be the best fit. You will travel about 30% of the time with the team, and the rest of the time work with other executives on strategy, training, forecasting, goal setting, product launches, and more.

To be considered for this role:

• NJ or Kansas City- Possible remote for the right Candidate
• Strong leadership experience
• Background in any Medical capital equipment (Packaging or process equipment preferred)
• Change Management experience
• Experience running P&L
