ProCare is the largest privately held Worker’s Compensation transportation and language services provider. We provide customer service within the Worker's Compensation industry to arrange for transportation and provide language support to injured workers and the companies supporting their claims.

Starting pay rate $18.00+ per hour, dependent on experience.

A main responsibility of the Inside Sales Representative is to help expand our business presence through the use of phone and technical resources. The ideal candidate will have experience with making telephonic sales outreach calls and helping Sales and Marketing management ensure that inventory is tracked and orders placed and filled. This position also provides administrative support to Sales Leadership and Sales staff. Listed below is a brief summary of some of the qualifications and general duties this position entails. Other duties will apply, as assigned. This list is not all-inclusive and may be changed or amended as needed, by management.

Functions:

• Inside Sales
• Effective, cooperative written/verbal/telephonic communication
• Customer Service at all levels (inside and outside the company)
• Critical thinking
• Sales and business growth activities in collaboration with Sales and Marketing management
• Organizing and prioritizing work duties
• Sitting, standing, grasping, typing, walking, climbing (low height with stable equipment), crouching, stooping, squatting, Visual observation, driving, lifting less than 55 lbs. (with assistance, as needed)

Duties :

• Making and taking sales calls from an on-site office in our Lake Mary location
• Support Sales and Marketing leadership in organizing and supporting various projects
• Maintain Marketing supply inventory
• Creative means of selling our business and marketing (working with Sales Management and Marketing Manager)
• Data support and creation of analytical MS Excel spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, sales, financial and non-financial information
• Salesforce utilization
• Track expenses related to marketing inventory.
• Assist in the organizing of Sales/Marketing events
• Expense control related to performance of this function.
• Other duties, as assigned
