Associate Sales Representative required to be part our high-energy Corin US sales team to sell hip and knee implant medical devices as well as our unique technologies into the orthopaedics / surgical market by interacting with key opinion leaders in the northern Georgia area. This will involve predominately working and growing existing business as well as hunting for new business within the northern Georgia predominately within the Gainesville GA area, so being located near to Gainesville would be ideal.

As an Associate Sales Representative - Gainesville your responsibilities will include to
- Sell hip and knee implants as well as the associated instruments and technologies (RPM, OMNI and OPS) in order to maximise sales and improve patient outcomes by advanced personalisation
- Interaction with key opinion leaders (KOL) on the territory.
- Increase our market share and presence in the Gainesville and surrounding area
- Provide a high levels of training and support to the hospitals / ASC's clinical and surgical staff
- Nurture and grow professional relationships as the surgeon providing key sales support on new and existing products
- Grow your portfolio of customers and identifying new opportunities and engaging accordingly
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of portfolio products and surgical techniques for Corin as well as our competitors.
- Have a good knowledge of clinical publications and a desire to stay up to date with the latest information relevant to the portfolio is also important.
- Interact closely with sales and management teams, distributors customer service, marketing, development teams, logistics and finance to maximise the impact of product in the market place, launching new products and managing the life cycle of existing products.
- Project manage effectively to utilise internal resources to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Travel extensively (75% ) with a full clean driving license and ability to fly.
- Keep up-to-date on new developments and trends to understand customer and market needs for assigned products.
The ideal Associate Sales Representative - Gainesville will have / be.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of the USA orthopaedic market
- A strong educational background of degree or equivalent within Biomedical Engineering or Health Economics would be ideal or have invested into the Medical Sales College.
- Experience and a success record of selling and negotiating into the orthopedic, healthcare or medical market.
- Strong understanding of total joint arthroplasty and comfortable in the operating room
- Able to interact intelligently and with credibility with surgeons and allied healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated the ability to translate clinical benefits of products to economic value to the health care provider
- Comfortable travelling 75% of the time
- Outstanding analytical, presentation and communication skills, verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, quick learner - easily adaptable to change
